What We Collect

When you fill out the order form on this site, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, and state
• The package you select and your preferred delivery timing
• Your answers to the short qualifying questions about your skin concerns and experience
• Any comments you add to the order form

We also automatically collect some technical information as you browse, such as your general device/browser information, and identifiers used for ad tracking (see "Cookies & Pixels" below).

How We Use Your Information

• To process, confirm, and deliver your order
• To contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp about your order (confirmation calls, delivery updates, follow-up support)
• To tailor the support and information our consultant gives you, based on the answers you provide in the order form
• To improve our ads, offers, and website based on aggregated, non-identifying trends

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Order Progress Saving

To avoid losing your progress if you leave the form partway through, the details you've entered so far are periodically saved to our systems as you type, using a temporary identifier stored in your browser. This lets our team follow up if you started an order but didn't finish it.

Cookies & Pixels

This site uses the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you more relevant ads on those platforms. These tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers in your browser. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this page so we can improve it.

Who We Share Information With

• Our internal order-processing and delivery team, so your order can be fulfilled
• Third-party delivery/courier partners, so your package can reach you
• Meta and TikTok, in the form of ad-performance events (e.g. that an order was placed), to measure and improve our advertising

Data Retention

We retain order information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, handle any related support requests, and meet our own recordkeeping needs.

Your Choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, by contacting us using the details below — subject to reasonable exceptions, such as records we're required to keep for orders already fulfilled.
